I build software the way I'd want it built if it ran my own business: tested, observable and reproducible from day one. Demos are easy. What I deliver has to hold up Monday at 3 a.m. — that's the bar.
I work senior-end-to-end. Whoever designs the system also writes the code that ships it. No proxies, no handoffs to juniors, no architecture documents that drift away from the codebase. Architecture and implementation live in the same head.
Fëanor's Code exists for companies that need data sovereignty and senior execution — typically because their data is regulated, sensitive or strategically valuable. Cloud LLM providers are off the table; the work has to run on their infrastructure, with auditable behavior.

Founded an enterprise AI and software-engineering studio for companies that need data sovereignty, senior-level execution and production systems — not demos. Shipped TENGWAR, a private on-prem RAG platform that ingests internal documents and returns cited answers without sending data to cloud LLM providers.
Built Mission Control — the WPF desktop application that drives custom pipe-inspection robots and processes their telemetry. Backend reporting service that turns raw inspection data into client-ready PDF reports. Contributed to the firmware migration from custom C to Variscite SOM hardware running ROS2 on Debian/Yocto.
Modernized an internal project-management system from ASP.NET legacy to React and .NET Core, working alongside the in-house team.
Technical lead for contractor .NET projects and dev-support lead for the EUIPO Data Science team. Delivered the Image Search Engine that flags conflicting figurative trademarks, the Vienna Codes Suggester (image classifier), and the SpeechToText gateway integrating Azure ML Speech with .srt outputs.
Led UI implementation on BlueFire — a desktop platform for modelling, simulating and executing robotic inspection cells with 3D visualization and multi-vendor robot program generation. Integrated HOOPS 3D and containerized simulation/control microservices.
Maintained and evolved the Document Access System (DAS) — the proprietary examiner-facing document management system providing access to 80M+ documents. .NET/WPF desktop client integrated with a JEE/Spring backend vault over REST.
